Define SLOW_LIB_FILES and FAST_LIB_FILES for multi corner analysis. This is not enabled by default. Simply add exports CORNERS = slow fast to the design's config.mk file. Signed-off-by: Daniel Schultz <dnltz@aesc-silicon.de>
